Eligibility

Patients with a BMI of 40 or more or with a BMI of over 35 with comorbidities (diabetes, high blood pressure, joint disease, sleep apnea, heart failure, etc.) may qualify for Lap-Band® surgery.

Patients with a BMI of 30 or more or with a BMI of over 27 with comorbidities may qualify for the Optifast® Meal-Replacement Program.
